History
Located in Boca Raton, FL, FAU Baseball Stadium at Florida Atlantic University has been home to the Owls since 1991. The Owls have won 9 conference championships, and have appeared in 14 NCAA Regionals and 1 Super Regional. Since joining D1 fully in 1993, the Owls have played in 4 conferences (ASUN, Sun Belt, Conference USA, and AAC) and have taken the conference championship in 3 of 4.
Atmosphere
FAU is all general admission, with a combination of chairbacks plus berms down both base lines. There is no shade in the stands, though, so make sure you're planning accordingly. There is a small store popup with hats, shirt, and jerseys for anyone wanting to pick up some Owls gear, and while the stands weren't packed, it was a solid crowd for a 4pm weekday game.
Concessions
FAU has one concession stand which serves your concession basics. For a school FAU's size, concessions were a little pricey - expect to pay over $10 for a Coke and a hot dog. There are also some beer and wine options available for purchase. Outside of the stadium, there are a few fast food and local restaurants close to campus if you'd like to eat before or after the game.
Access
The lot closest to the park is free, and there are plenty of spaces even if the game is busy. FAU's campus is just off of I-95 in Boca Raton, making the stadium easily accessible. Hotel wise, you've got options in Boca Raton as well as nearby options in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
Final Thoughts
Even with the price of concessions, FAU Baseball Stadium is a fun spot - I'd just maybe recommend eating before the game. A night game here promises to be a good time, as FAU boasts their Triple-A lighting system.
